These Terms of Service govern the use of the website [website URL] and the services provided by ELI5 d.o.o., Kantetova ulica 65, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“ELI5”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using this website, submitting a form, booking a call, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services
ELI5 provides consulting, strategy, implementation, and creative services related to AI-powered business growth. Our services may include, but are not limited to: AI agents and automation systems, GEO and SEO strategy, AI-ready and search-ready content, professional copywriting, Shopify store growth support, webpage and landing page creation, business consulting, AI implementation, and related growth systems.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and payment terms for each project are defined in the relevant proposal, offer, order form, invoice, written agreement, or other written communication between ELI5 and the client.
3. Website use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the website, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unlawful activities.
We may update, change, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time without prior notice.
4. Booking calls and submitting forms
When you submit a contact form, book a call, or send us project information, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or oblige ELI5 to accept the project. We may decline a project at our discretion.
5. Proposals, pricing, and payments
Prices shown on the website are for general information only, unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on the project scope, required services, complexity, timelines, and client needs.
Payment terms will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin only after the required advance payment or first payment has been received.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services until payment is completed.
6. Client responsibilities
To complete the work properly, the client agrees to provide timely access to necessary information, accounts, tools, brand materials, website platforms, Shopify stores, analytics, content, feedback, approvals, and other required assets.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to ELI5 do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful to use.
Delays in providing materials, feedback, approvals, or access may affect delivery timelines. ELI5 is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, unavailable access, third-party tools, hosting providers, platforms, or other factors outside our control.
7. AI-generated and AI-assisted work
Some of our services may include the use of AI tools, AI agents, automation systems, language models, research tools, or other software.
We aim to review, structure, and improve AI-assisted work so it is useful and aligned with the project goals. However, AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or unexpected results. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final materials before publishing, using, sending, or relying on them.
We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content, SEO content, GEO content, automations, agents, or recommendations will produce specific rankings, traffic, revenue, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
8. SEO, GEO, and growth results
ELI5 may provide SEO, GEO, content, website, Shopify, conversion, and growth-related services. These services are intended to improve strategy, visibility, structure, content quality, systems, and performance.
Because search engines, AI answer engines, platforms, competitors, algorithms, customer behavior, market conditions, and third-party systems are outside our control, we do not guarantee specific rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, traffic increases, revenue increases, sales volume, lead volume, or other specific commercial results.
Any examples, estimates, projections, or case studies are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance.
9. Revisions and approvals
The number of revisions, if included, will be defined in the relevant proposal or agreement. If no revision terms are agreed, ELI5 may provide reasonable minor revisions at its discretion.
A revision means an adjustment to agreed work, not a new concept, new strategy, new page, new agent, new automation, new funnel, or new project direction. Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
Once the client approves a deliverable, ELI5 is not responsible for later changes requested by the client unless agreed separately.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ELI5 retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, frameworks, know-how, internal processes, templates, methods, reusable components, prompts, systems, workflows, code snippets, and strategic methodologies.
After full payment has been received, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client, such as website copy, page designs, content, strategy documents, and implemented assets.
The client may not resell, redistribute, license, copy, or claim ownership of ELI5’s underlying methods, templates, frameworks, reusable systems, or internal materials unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Third-party tools and platforms
Our work may involve third-party tools or platforms such as Shopify, Framer, Webflow, Google, Meta, OpenAI, analytics tools, email platforms, automation tools, hosting providers, plugins, apps, or other software.
The client is responsible for paying any third-party fees, subscriptions, licenses, hosting costs, app costs, platform costs, or advertising costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ELI5 is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, limitations, pricing changes, errors, data loss, account restrictions, security issues, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.
12. Confidentiality
Both ELI5 and the client agree to treat confidential information shared during the project with reasonable care. Confidential information includes business plans, internal documents, access credentials, customer data, strategy, financial information, and other non-public information.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known before disclosure, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
13. Portfolio and case studies
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ELI5 may mention the client’s name, logo, project type, general results, or non-confidential project description in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or case studies.
If the client does not want to be publicly referenced, the client must notify ELI5 in writing before the project begins or before publication.
14. Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the terms stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.
If the client cancels a project after work has started, the client remains responsible for payment for work already completed, time spent, costs incurred, reserved resources, and any non-cancellable third-party expenses.
Subscription or retainer services may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. If no notice period is stated, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
15. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for completed work, approved deliverables, time already spent, strategic work, consulting, audits, research, setup, implementation, or third-party costs.
If a refund is offered, it will be handled at ELI5’s discretion or according to the written agreement between ELI5 and the client.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELI5 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, reputational damage, or business interruption.
ELI5’s total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount paid by the client to ELI5 for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. No professional legal, financial, or tax advice
Our services may include strategic, technical, marketing, AI, SEO, GEO, Shopify, copywriting, and business recommendations. These recommendations do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or regulated professional advice.
The client is responsible for obtaining professional advice where necessary, especially before making legal, financial, tax, compliance, employment, or investment decisions.
18. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and relevant Slovenian personal data protection rules.

19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be published on this website with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or our services shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Slovenia.
